Lindy Heart, Inc. uses the Transtheoretical Model of behavior change for Results Coaching - as an integrative, biopsychosocial model to conceptualize the process of intentional behavior change.  Other models of coaching utilizes the model of taking actions to produce results; while, we agree actions produce results, there are 6 stages that people move through when modifying behavior which most people don't take into account when they are intending to produce results.
